Fact...I do believe her story. Seen it happen enough to know it's for real. Plus one never forgets something like that. She deserves her day to state her case, have her corroborates testify to her truthfulness and Kavanaugh can then reply.

Without that, every SCOTUS decision will be suspect. Crim8nals do not belong on th bench, especially when there's no last resort as a bulwark against bad decisions. Haven't we had enough of those lately?
