That's not the way the burden of proof or due process works. Would you say well you saw a group of black teenagers robbed a white or Chinese woman on the subway 10 times before, so when you see the next group walking towards you, they are going to rob you? After all it's the same premise.

Actually, America is doing great, you're just too ignorant or blind to see for yourself.
