I have no idea, but a theater in coney island makes a lot more sense for the Disney Corp to want to renovate, restore, and use than a "rebuilt Hudson Terminal, freedom tower, etc" that was mentioned I assume sarcastically.Obviously, the restored Loew's Shore Theater was part of a bigger plan they had for the Coney Island area. |
