If they maintain his bail. Upon sentencing, they can and apparently will resc8nd it. He's going to do some time, I doubt it'll be more than a year or so after a sentence of 3-5 and eons of parole/suspension. Older people are tricky, as they have to weight the cost of healthcare to the taxpayers in a case like his. He supposedly has some chronic medical condition, I don't know what but have heard he isn’t well.
