Exactly the opposite.Witches were convicted on coordinated and uncorroborated testimony. Cosby was convicted on testimony from multiple unconnected witnesses, with ample corroboration that they were not fabricating their accounts. Cosby was also convicted in part by his own prior testimony under oath, given under advice of counsel. Withes didn't have counsel and generally had their confessions extracted under torture. |
