I'm fine with constitutional amendment by popular initiative as long as it:1. Is one single issue per question 2. Obtains a required supermajority (say 60%) 3. along with a minimum quorum of voters (say 35%) 3. Is placed on the ballot on dates that are different from those of the general election. |
