Everything they propose would be subject to referendum regardless.My pet issue is judiciary reform. Although that is an issue in which much of the electorate is either uninterested or uninformed. If they're smart, they'll have multiple referenda instead of one big package. I also wish they would adopt initiative,* referral and recall, but they won't. *only for statutes. I think California-style initiatives for Constitutional amendments is a bad idea. |
