I agree with those.Speaking of single issues, I believe that all bills should pertain to a single subject/issue, which is stated succinctly in the title. That is actually a provision from the Confederate Constitution. So the South didn't secede over slavery, they seceded over preventing Congress from enacting omnibus bills! #southernrevisionism |
