When my wife was a student, it was obligatory for her to visit West Berlin so she could see the "Miracle." As an American, she could move freely through every sector, including the Soviet one.Said it was one of the scariest things she'd seen. There are reasons a lot of the Left doesn't seem to understand the relief an American abroad can feel when they the American Flag flying over a building. |
