NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Butter is better than olive oil for cooking and seasoning foods.

Olive oil is good. Especially Extra Virgin. But you have to be careful because studies reveal some of it is fake.

I'd eat 1 tbsp of grass-fed butter every single day.
