You should eat red meat(steak or ground not processed like roast beef), grass-fed butter, chicken, fish, WHOLE EGGS, butter to cook with or season foods.

Doctors are the reason we're an unhealthy society. Their advice over the last 4 or more decades to avoid fat has made us fatter and sicker than ever.


Since you have to eat 7 days a week, it's best to rotate your protein/fat sources over the course of a week.
