I still use butter, just less of it. I won't use butter substitutes or margarine. I like red meat, and pork. It's just so much higher points than the chicken or fish. So keep it to once a week or so. I used to eat a lot more of it.
Also, have more smaller make. Instead of a bacon, egg and cheese, dripping with butter on a roll for breakfast, I will have plain instant oatmeal. Or instead of skipping lunch, and having a huge dinner, will make a chicken roll cold cut with one slice and f cheese on low calorie wrap for lunch....mustard instead of mayo.

I couldn't believe how many y points a slice of cheese is. I used to pile on four or five slices, and eat some while making the sandwich. Would eat 3/4 of my now days points, just eating too many slices of cheese, or fill in a blank.

I think k more about what I am eating, and how much. That's all I really have been doing, and it's worked great. I do still eat everything I love to eat, just less often and a lot less
.

And yes, grass fed is great. Have a friend upstate with a cow farm, and get fresh beef and pork from him when I go up there. Nothing like it.
