I do have that if I do eat a dessert or sweet snack. Don't Care for milk chocolate. I like bitter and sour tastes, never cared for sweet.I eat potatoes. What I have been doing is eating let's say a baked potatoes instead of fries. Cut out a lot of fried things. I like bacon, just eat less in a sitting. Again, moderation. I still have been eating what I like, just less. The only thing I really have been trying to cut out is fried stuff when I can. |
