I don't deny that at one time Unions were beneficial. I also don't think we should dwell in the past and romanticize a bygone era. The world will not end if it were easier for employees to change or disband a Union if the Union is no longer representing the majority of the employees. Walmart employees work there because the alternative, not working, is not better. If Walmart had trouble finding employees then they would have to increase their compensation packages and/or working conditions.
