Walmart and any company like it will never have trouble finding employees as long as people with children have a need to put food on the table. With no unions the compensation and benefits for workers nationwidw will lower to the level of Walmart not the other way around. The middle class will go extinct.
As for unions not representing it's members that's what voting is for. As i've told coworkers of mine if leadership isn't good enough vote em out. Even better get a team of like minded collegues together and run. Win and make changes from the inside not just blow the whole thing up destroying the only leverage you have as a worker.
