We need TPP, so long as we can tweak it should we need to. Same with NAFTA.In addition, we need a punishing and onerous tax scheme that robs corporations of profitability in closing domestic manufacturing and shippng those jobs out of the country. That's something no republican has thought of. At the same time, we seriously need to improve our infrastructure, from roads and bridges to inernet connectivity so the jobs of the future can be done anywhere, and providing support so manufacturing can flourish.....supply lines that can functionas reliably as they do in the Chinese manufacturing centers. Without answering modern manyfacturings needs, we deserve closed fcatories. Get with it. |
