My man is John Kasich. He has been a tremendous governor of Ohio. His approval ratings there are still outstanding, and, remember this..... the Republicans never lost Ohio and won the Presidency, and Kasich can carry that. He and Rubio would be a most formidable combo that I believe can carry the day, He comes from a blue collar background, his father being a mail carrier and his grandma a factory worker. He carried 86 or 88 counties last year including heavily Democratic Cayouga County (sic). His record as House Budget Chairman a decade and a half ago resulted in the first balanced budget in over two generations and he achieved that twice. He has legislative and executive experience, rate among the candidates, and is a conservative who has a strong feeling for people less fortunate than himself and he walks that walk. If the GOP wants to win, he is the guy to do it.
