Another star in his notebook as far as I'm concerned. Kim Davis should have asked to be transferred to another department or quit her job. In my opinion she had no damn right to refuse to give marriage licenses to gays who wanted to get married. Besides, whether people like the decision handed by the SC or not it is the law of the land. She had a right to refuse to give them what they wanted but she had to be willing to accept the consequences for her actions and she didn't want to do that.Besides, she is a Democrat to boot so as far as I'm concerned she could have rotten in jail. |
