So you're just fine with continued state funding for schools and then pretend that such funding actually returns said schools to "local control". Oxymoronic.BTW, Kasich had to backtrack on Common Core because test scores were down as a result of implementation of same. You don't turn debt into budget surplus. That's aside from Kasich's ambiguous claim of "an $8 billion hole" that he never defined. Besides that, there is no way you can plug any holes in spending by expanding Medicaid, bottom line; so Kasich has been up to some very creative accounting obviously. |
