"Santorum", you should be aware, has been a pejorative term for the fluids left behind after gay sex for over 10 years, ever since Dan Savage held an impromptu contest to coin a neologism for this racist, homophobic slug who calls himself a serious politician.You can read about the etymology of the term here. Further, my assertion that "Santorum" as a slang term made it into Merriam's dictionary is correct, although I will allow the caveat that they removed the entry shortly thereafter, under threat of legal action from the former senator's legal team. That doesn't change the FACT that this slang term has come into common usage, as any Google search using the word "santorum" will demonstrate. However, your characterization of my use of the term solely for the purpose of "degrading" this hateful creature, is false and disgusting in itself. The truth is, Santorum "degrades" himself with his continuing homophobic rhetoric, which serves no purpose but to incite hatred and possibly even provoke violence against gays and lesbians. I expect you to apologize for your own disgusting attempt at smearing me. |
