OMG!

Surely you're not actually holding yourself out as a person qualified to judge the legitimacy of media outlets?
I most certainly am, as are most other rational people. We know that a legitimate media outlet would not:

1. Use such a crass and disgusting description of a public figure for the purpose of degrading him within a supposedly factual, timely, and for the most part unrelated news article; and,

2. Fail to remove the crass and disgusting description once they were informed that it was false; and,

3. Fail to add a note to the end of the article stating that an earlier version of the article contained a baseless crass and disgusting description that never should have been included in the article in the first place, never mind fact-checked before its original inclusion.
