Muslim Stewardess Files Complaint With EEOC

Muslim Stewardess at ExpressJet Airlines (hereinafter called "Acey") has filed a complaint with the EEOC claiming a deprivation of her Constitutional rights. According to the claim, Acey has begun proceedings to terminate said Stewardess because she refuses to serve alcohol to passengers. Apparently on flights said Stewardess works, a fellow Steward(ess) would serve any alcohol requests. Stewardess claims that this was a reasonable accommodation and that Acey was not justified in taking steps to terminate her.
