I agree although in both cases there are accommodations that can be made. For Kim Davis just change the form to say "Office of the Rowan County Clerk" rather than listing her name. In this case, as Acey removes 50 seat airplanes from its fleet, base the Stewardess in Detroit or a different hub where she will work planes with a second crew member who will serve alcohol. Of course this assumes that both would be amenable to the suggested accommodations. If not I can't think of any other reasonable accommodation. If she is that devout maybe she should consider applying for a job with an airline in a Muslim country or one that does not pose a risk of being the lone Stewardess |
