No, the U-3 is commonly used as unemployment and the BLS has that at 5.3%. U-6 is not commonly used, and introducing it at this point only serves to confuse the issue.

Of course as soon as we get a Republican president, if ever, all this talk of U-6 unemployment rates and total labor force participation rates will disappear in a haze of intellectual dishonesty and willful ignorance. Then you fools will start trotting out the U-1 rate to show how great a job President Paul is doing.
