OK, to clarify— does the father have the right to object in the sense of being allowed to voice his opinion, or does he have standing to object in the sense of a legal right to intervene and contest her decision in court?

The so-called WOD is just a ploy to make sure that the U.S. can actually make money off of the illicit drug trade.

Out of curiosity, how does the government make more money off the illicit drug trade than they could through taxes? The black market for untaxed cigarettes isn't all that significant compared to the legal market.
