So rights of citizenship are now controversial? What other rights would you subject to public referendum? Should the ability of Jews to vote or hold higher office be subject to this as it is controversial to some like Franklin Graham who is calling for those Supreme Court Justices who are Jewish to recuse themselves from the pending same sex marriage cases just because they are Jewish? |
