So there are 6 times the amount of whites, as there are Blacks, 12% of the country is Black, vs 72% White....so there are 6 times the amount of whites than Blacks, .yet whites are only 2.5 times the amount of whites on welfare. Thank you for proving Blacks are much more likely than whites to be on such.
