I brought it up in response to GP Chris.Specifically, to this post of his - "So you agree, that Blacks are disproportionally on it. There are 6 times the amount of whites than blacks in the country.....12% black vs 72% whites....yet whites are only 2.5 times as many blacks on it......they should be SIX times as many on it for it to be proportionate to population. Hats sobering how many blacks are on it vs whites." |
