It purports to be an Android app that will feed blank or false data to apps which demand excessive permissions (so that flashlight app can report to its master that you're on Christmas Island and all of your contacts are cartoon characters).Of course, it requires root access to make this work, but XDA seems to think it's legit. Let me guess, iOS has this feature by default and KNOS doesn't need it because no apps can demand excessive permissions anyway? :) |
