Ten what we should do is....Limit ACA privledges and perqs to thos estates operating their own exchanges. In doing so, any state NOT in compliance with the law receives ZERO dollars in healthcare funding, ZERO dollars in research funding and ZERO dollars in Medicaid funding. They'll be on their own. They'll be completely unale to fill the gaps the Fedral dollars provide. Watch as jobs fly away from those places. Watch as population shifts to where medical coverage can be had affordably. This is fine with me. I'm in NY, which would grow as a result of an arrangement like that. |
