The "outrageous cost of the website" is completely the doing of a Congress that will not allow the government to hire its own people to do its own work, instead subsidizing private companies (in favor, naturally) profits with taxpayers dollars, claiming it costs less (it doesn't) and receiving substandard output as the management of these companies seek to squeeze maximum profit from the contract.That anyone doesn't see this makes me question their intelligence. |
