OK, this is the last on the subject as I feel I'm arguing with a wall.If I was to go into the computer, call the station house, or ask a neighbor, I'd have to detain the gentleman. I could imagine your reaction to that. "Also, lets say he was stealing, then why did he not RUN AWAY when he saw you? did he look nervous to you? did he looked stressed up when you asked that question?"Of course I took that into consideration. That's why in my original post I stated " To us it looked completely legit, probably a band member going to a gig. He was dressed nicely and it certainly didn't look like a burglary," and came up smiling and treating him as a gentleman saying "excuse me sir".
