Ok.......lets say the house in question belong to Mike Jones. You found that out from the list or some other resource. You go to the house and see someone packing up a car with stuff. You then say, excuse me Mr. Murphy, but your alarm went off and we are here to make sure everything is ok. If he says his name is not Murphy and but Jones, then he would never have gotten upset because you showed you cared about his house regardless. |
