Secondly, honoring the Sabbath might be a different day of the week (because the seventh day is counted differently and then they screwed up the calendar) but it's supposed to be kept every bit as holy (except for retailers).That is not true. Sunday is "not" the "Sabbath", it's the "Lord's Day". Some Christian denominations still believe the Laws of Moses are fully binding, such as the Seventh Day Adventists, and they worship on Saturday. It's hard to say "Christian", as there's so many different sects, and each one has differing tenets. |
