Yes, but unless it was paying for itself and not being subsidized by anyone outside of Woodside and the Rockaways, I would respectfully suggest that the concerns of non-Rockaway residents along the way may help for the overall healthiness of the route, especially if it is the case that the newer intermediate stops are being used and contributing to the patronage of the route as it is now. |
