I think they want to truncate the Woodhaven SBS to Queens Center Mall because of the horrible traffic congestion on Broadway and Roosevelt Avenue which causes unreliable service on the Woodhaven/Cross Bay Blvd corridor. The ridership between Queens Center and Woodside is quite impressive.
