HIPAA doesn't cover that.License suspension for parking violations just means he is a deadbeat. I don't much care about that. But there were also moving violation suspensions and numerous speeding tickets. They are hard to get in NJ given the way speed limits are disregarded, except on quota day in a borough to enforce 25 MPH. |
