Joe, I understand where you’re coming from but I feel that 14 suspensions reveals an inclination to deviate from the norm. Kinda like the “ Broken Windows ‘ approach to law enforcement in NYC prior to Deblasio. Continued disregard for minor infractions paves the way for irresponsible behavior at a higher level. There’s no way the maneuver that this guy pulled was spur of the moment. This was ingrained behavior. |
