The report states that the number of pedestrian injuries remain the same and does not discuss increased congestion on southbound Ocean Avenue north of Parkside or increased congestion on Flatbush by routing cars from the faster Ocean Avenue to the slower Flatbush.The number of pedestrian injuries remained the same after the 2012 improvements, which closed the vehicular park entrance. What increased congestion are you talking about? |
