Increased congestion meaning cars having to miss a traffic signals because of cars needing to make a right turn blocking the only moving traffic lane.So I guess there is no longer an entrance to the parking area because we know that parks are only to be enjoyed by pedestrians and cyclists although the original planners also allowed leisurely carriage strolls. |
