You said you can apply basic concepts from afar. I stated applying concepts from afar does not solve problems.Now you ask me where did you mention solving problems. What do you think this entire conversation is about? It's about solving a supposed problems relating to safety and traffic congestion in the area. You can't even follow a simple discussion. My point was that you have to deal with specifics and have specific knowledge about the specific area which includes visiting the area and becoming familiar with it because making decisions just by looking at numbers from your office will lead you to erroneous conclusions. Your point was that it was sufficient just to "apply basic concepts from afar." |
