Their model did not work ten years ago for this type of planning. They admitted that. We have no information on what the designated truck routes will be so you could not have done so. I went out there and looked two weeks ago. No traffic at all. "Now imagine how much longer it would take with hundreds of more cars doing that every hour." Not much.
