Hundreds of cars every hour is not a lot to deal with at all."While I doubt his scenario is grounded in reality, theoretically, hundreds of cars per hour could be a problem. It depends how many hundreds of cars, how many lanes, if these are though movements or turning movements, and how much background traffic there is. |
