"Funny that when ridership increases, it is because of SBS not any other factors, but when ridership decreases, then other variables are involved. " is actually a factual statement. When you isolate SBS from other variables, it clearly has resulted in increased ridership. It is objectively a success, yet you cannot see that. Look in a freaking mirror. |
