Manhattan West is about 4 million Sq ft of Comm, including total rehab of 450 w 33rd Hudson yards has about 6 million sq of comm.I'll try and break down the projects better and update the figures after I sort through some of the so called mixed use stuff, and sift out hotels vs residential. These are 2 big developments, it will be interesting to see how people who live there get to work, and how people who work there get from home. The #7 extension will terminate at the opposite corners of these sites. |
