What you are saying is very relevant. The city has a history of developing first, figuring out how to move people later. Where people go after they arrive at a major terminal is very important. NYC upzoned and drastically increased the density on the East side North of Grand Central, 40 years later ESA is a few years away. We failed to build the 42nd and 10th station on the 7 extension, that will bite us in the butt someday. |
