I am friends with a long time dispatcher with NICE, has been there since the MTA days. He sees it: the training MTA gave the drivers is lights years better than what NICE gives, and it is showing it in more ways than this video.The money Magnano is saving today by having NICE will bite the county in the ass in the long term, except the working poor are low on the political constituency totem pole. |
