I wasn't saying that NICE has the best driver training. I was merely stating that just because someone was taught to driver correctly doesn't mean that the person will follow that training. I'm not defending NICE, I'm just stating a fact, that people are going to do whatever they want no matter what they have been taught or have been told. |
