No, the purpose is deliberately to run up 12th Avenue for people who need service on the far west side - Intrepid, ferries to NJ, sightseeing along the bike path. Otherwise it would pretty much duplicate the M11 up 10th Avenue (if it ran up 11th Ave) and that would defeat the purpose. |
