In other words, for every three round trips by Safe, the MTA would give them one. Also, the MTA cannot make illegal U Turns like Safe does and would have to West First Street. They also would have to pick up everyone and woud not be allowed to run direct non stop to the College. The students prefer Safe to the B1. If both come at the same time, they all choose Safe because it is direct and goes closer to the College. |
